2. Once these incident rays strike the mirror, reflect them according to the two rules of reflection for concave mirrors. The ray that passes through the focal point on the way to the mirror will reflect and travel parallel to the principal axis. Use a straight edge to accurately draw its path

1. A ray parallel to principle axis after reflection passes through principal focus in case of concave mirror and appears to pass principle focus in case of convex mirror

2. If a light ray is incident on focus or appear to fall in focus in case of convex mirror . Then after reflection the reflected ray is parallel to the principle axis .

3.When a ray of light passes through the centre of curvature in case of concave mirror or appear to fall in centre of curvature in case of convex mirror then it retreacs .

4. if the light is incident oblically than it is lected back oblically .
