8 machine -> 180 bags -> 1 minute

12 machine -> ? bags -> 3 minutes

 \frac{8*1}{180} =  \frac{12*3}{?}
? =  \frac{12*3*180}{8}
                            ? = 810

Thus, 12 machines make 810 bags.

Number of machine initially, M₁ = 8
number of plastic can produce in a minute = 180 plastics
so, number of plastic can produce in 3 minutes = 540 plastics
so, number of plastics initially , N₁ = 540

Number of machine finally ,M₂ = 12
number of plastics finally , N₂ = ?

Use formula,
M₁/N₁ = M₂/N₂ [ work done by each machine = number of machine /number of plastics is formed ]
8 /540 = 12 / N₂
N₂ =12 × 540/8
∴ N₂ = 810

Hence, number of plastics can produced = 810
