let oxidation state of sulphur be x

oxidation state of H =+1

oxidation state of O= -2

Therefore

+1×2 + 2x + 5× (-2) = 0

2x = +10 -2

x = +8/2

x = +4

Hence , oxidation state of S in H2S2O5 is +4
