\large\sf\underline{Given\::}

  • First four digits of a mobile number are 9 , 9 , 7 and 9 .

Numbers to be used for forming smallest mobile number :

  • 8 , 3 , 5 , 6 and 0

\large\sf\underline{To\::}

  • Form the smallest mobile number

\large\sf\underline{Concept\::}

In this question we are given the first four digits of the mobile number as 9 , 9 , 7 and 9 . We are asked to frame the smallest mobile number using only one digit twice from 8 , 3 , 5 , 6 and 0 . As we are said to form smallest number we would take 0 twice, and then arrange the other numbers in their ascending order ( smaller to larger values ) then we would get the smallest mobile number. So let's begin!

\large\sf\underline{Solution\::}

We do know a mobile number consists of 10 digits.

So mobile number : 9979_ _ _ _ _ _

And in order to complete the mobile number we are free to use 8 , 3 , 5 , 6 and 0 , also we are using 0 twice from here .

So now arranging the numbers in the ascending order.

Ascending order of 8 , 3 , 5 , 6 and 0 = 0 , 0 , 3 , 5 , 6 and 8 [ using the smallest number i.e., 0 twice ]

Henceforth from the above evaluation the smallest mobile number is :

\small{\underline{\boxed{\mathrm\red{9979003568}}}}
