S, T, U, V, W, X, Y and Z are sitting in a row facing South. S is fourth to the right of W. U and X are neighbours of T and W respectively. V is at the west end. Now, show the arrangement :p

Hi,

Here's the solution :-

First of all, V is at the west end. So we must keep V first.

U is neighbour of T and X is of W.

And as S is fourth to the right of W, there are 3 people between them.

So, we can put the between arrangement as :-

W X U T S

OR

W X T U S

Joining them, the possible arrangements are :-

1) V W X U T S Y Z

2) V Y Z W X U T S

3) V Y W X U T S Z

4) V Z W X U T S Y

5) V Y Z W X T U S

6) V Y W X T U S Z

7) V Z W X T U S Y
