SA Node,i.e., the Sinu-Atrial Node is the natural Pacemaker of the Heart. It is located on the surface of the left atria and conducts electrical impulses through the Heart which stimulates the Beating of the Heart in order to carry out the Cardiac Cycle properly.

The normal trigger for the heart to contract arises from the heart's natural pacemaker, the SA node, which is in the top chamber .

The SA node sends out regular electrical impulses causing the atrium to contract and to pump blood into the bottom chamber (the ventricle).
