sp of 4 orange = 18

sp of 1 orange = 18÷4 =9÷2

now we find l.c.m .of 2 and 3 to get a fixed number.

then l.c.m .is 6

cp of 6 orange =(10÷3)×6=20

sp of 6 oranges =(9÷2)×6=27

so here is profit of 7 rupees

profit %=(7÷20)×100 =35%
