Let the total pages be x
No.of pages read by samindha on Monday = 1/4 × x
= x/4
Remaining pages = x - x/4
= 4x - x/4
= 3x/4
No.of pages read by samindha on Tuesday = 3/5 × 3x/4
= 9x/20
No.of pages left = 90
9x/20 = 90
9x = 90 × 20
x = 90 × 20/9
x = 200
Total pages = 200
