Hi friend,
#75.02 g
You want to percentage of CU2O in the sample.
Solution :-
Let , you have 100 of sample which means you have 66.6 g of Cu.
The number of mole is :-
66.6 g / 63.6 g mol/ = 1.05 moles
You have 1 mole of oxigen per 2 moles of Cu. Then you have 0.53 moles of oxigen .
The weight of the oxigen mole is :-
0.53 mol × 16g/mol = 8.42 g
Add this weight to the copper that you have.
So , it will be ( 66.6 + 8.42 ) g = 75.02g
Thus, your sample is 75.02 % pure Cu2O...i hope it helps you
