Sana bought 16 oranges . She gave ¼ of the oranges to Rama and ½ part to Radha and the remaining for herself. Find out the number of oranges each one got.​

Solution :-

→ Total oranges bought by sana = 16

→ Gave to rama = (1/4) * 16 = 4 oranges .

→ Gave to radha = (1/2) * 16 = 8 oranges .

then,

→ Oranges she kept for herself = 16 - (4 + 8) = 16 - 12 = 4 .

therefore,

  • Oranges got by Rama = 4
  • Oranges got by Radha = 8
  • Oranges got by Sana = 4
