sand does not take shape of container because when we add some water to it than water go inside to partials of sooo that means it does not take shape of container.

Sand particle are very small in size so they take the shape of the container in which it is kept. Water is a liquid so taking the shape of the container is one of its properties. In another view each of the sand particles has its own size as the bonding between their molecules is very strong while the bonding between the water molecules is very low they can flow and don't have any kind of size. Hence sand is a solid while water is a liquid.
