Step-by-step explanation:

Ramakant filled 1/4 part more of the same tank i.e. Umesh used 3/14 part of the tank to water the garden i.e. The maximum capacity is 560. Therefore, The required capacity of the tank left is 340 liters.

Answer:

given,

capacity of the tank = 560 litres

water filled by ramesh = 4/7× 560 litres

= 320 litres

water filled by ramakant = 1/4 × 560 liters

= 14 litres

so, total water in the tank= 320 + 14 litres

= 334 litres

water used to water the plants = 3/14×560 litres = 12 litres

remaining water = 334-12 litres = 322 litres

hope it helps.....
