Saturn is a outer planet of solar system.
Means it is not a rocky or dense planet.
it is a big clouds of many cosmos gages, like carbon-dioxide, metane, hydrogen etc. Saturn is full of heavier ,non-heavier gages.
it is not made up of rocks, but tiny particles.
so, it can float on the water as its density is not grater than the water.
BUT... the problem is to bring such a quantity of water.
