Try to develop your interest in that subject. You need not study till late night. I am currently in class 11 and gave class 10 boards recently. I will advise you to read whenever you feel like but please be motivated. Quality of study matters, not the amount of time you read.
When you feel sleepy, try to do some extra curricular activities if possible so as to refresh yourself.
