Prosodic features elaborate the meaning behind a sentence by understanding the theme, element  and attribute of the speaker's utterance. The elements of speech concerned include stress, intonation, rhythm and tone. It helps to bring out the elements of language that cannot be encoded by grammar such as the emotional state of the speaker.

In this passage the two main prosodic features I can pick out is rhythm and the emotional state of the speaker as submission. The rhyme scheme involves rhyming words such as mine and thine, be and me, thy and my.
The speakers words makes you understand that he is giving out himself to the Lord and submitting to Him.
