thallophyta: these have a body which is not differentiated into stem root and leaves.this kind of undifferentiated body is called thallus. eexample: algae , lichens. Bryophyta: these are called as simple terrestrial plants means land plants. they are called amphibians of plant kingdom.they are non vascular plants. there are three groups of Bryophyta a) mosses. b) liverworts. c) hornworts. Pteridophytes: these are oldest vascular plants or plants which have vascular tissue. their bodies are differentiated into aerial shoot system and underground shoot system. these plants don't produce seeds. they produce naked embroyes after fertilization that are called spores.
