Respected Sir/Madam,

 

With due respect, it is to state that my son/daughter (name…) studied in class 5 of (section name…) in your school. In the school due to some reason at internal school level my child was transferred into another school bus due to, I think some route issue or whatever. I want to put back him/her in his previous bus because he is feeling very disturbed because of this change as his/her friends are in the previous bus.

So please I request you to kindly change the school bus of my child in favor of his better mental health.

To Respected Sir,

This is Raghav Banerjee, father of Sohini Banerjee, who is a student in your respected institution. She is currently reading in 5th standard, section F. This application is written to bring your attention to the pressing urgency of changing her school van.

We have recently shifted from the Jk market to DG. junction and since her previous van route does include DG. Junction, we need to change the school van. Without the van, it is difficult for her to travel to school.

It is requested to implement the necessary steps that would lead to the change of the school van with immediate time effect.
