Here side AB=CD
similarly AD=BC
here opposite sides are equal
therefore, ABCD is a rectangle
now we know that
Diagonals of a rectangle are equal in length
so AC=BD
AC=OA+OC=5x-12+2x-33=7x-45
similarly ,
BD=OD+OB=x+15+2x-4=3x+11
now , AC=BD
7x-45=3x+11
4x=56
x=14cm
