Yes I am agree ,as mental growth and development of a child generally starts at the school. Their he/ she learnt basic ideas to stay fit by usually sports teachers or science teacher. As well as the child also learn about balanced diet , nutrients and minerals REQUIRED for development of our body.
As well as, Exercise and eating healthy are two of the most important things you need to do to take care of your body properly. Both exercise, and eating healthy, have many advantages and benefits. They help with multiple things needed throughout your life. These things include growing physically, mentally, and if you are religious, spiritually as well. All of this adds up to your body functioning in the highest and best way possible. Exercise, or physical activity helps your body in many ways. For example, exercise helps control the weight of a human. It helps prevent people gaining unwanted weight and helps people who have unwanted weight to lose it.

Schools conduct exercise classes and make rules for eating a balanced diet which keeps the child healthy.
They also conduct sport activities to keep the children fit.
Exercise is very essential part of our daily routine, we can't really exercise daily if it's according to our will but school making it compulsion for exercising will actually benefit us and they do it for our own good.
Regarding food, Most of the schools make a strict rule to bring healthy food and follow a balanced diet which will also enrich the body with required nutrients. Junk food cannot be avoided too but it can be eaten occasionally.
Sport activities are conducted in every school, "Health is wealth" they say and sports plays a major role in it too.
