Acc. To kinematic first equation , we come Across,

V=U+at

Where U is initial velocity, V final

And, a Accerleration, with consumed t period of time.

Given,

           U= 108km/hr or 30m/sec #(108*5)/18)

           V=0km/hr or 0m/sec

           T=10 seconds

So accerleration is (-3m/sec(square))

So, very clear ,

             FORCE= -3*150= (-450N)

Since force is retardive......
