Today's era girls and boys get equal opportunities, there is no difference between them, So many organization provide more facilities for girls like accommodation, cap facility, security guards, etc. Surely for girls, it is a good program, as per my information girls are more interested in Hotel Management program reason behind these girls are bend towards the food, food production, hospitality, airlines, etc. You have an endless option in Hotel management, you can get a job in Cruise Lines, Hotels, airline crew etc. Also, you can start your own venture like Pizza Hut, Domino's etc.

For Hotel Management you have different courses available with you, it depends on you in which programme you want to make your career few are Diploma in Airline & crew, BHM & CT ( Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology), BSc. Hotel Management, BSc. (AIRLINES, TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY), M. Sc. Hotel Management, MBA (Tourism & Hospitality).

Scope in Hotel Management:

Hotel manager

Are responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of their establishments. Controls all financial aspects.

Assistant manager

Oversee the day-to-day operations of their departments. Resident managers (in large hotels) resolve problems or emergencies round the clock Under the supervision and guidance of the top management.

Front office manager

Oversees the work of receptionists, information clerk, reservation clerk and other services.

Catering department

The culinary department, The steward department, The food service department.

Executive Chefs

Head each of these specialized kitchens under whose direction the chef de parties turn out exquisite preparations and meals.

The Assistant Manager

Supervise service in the dining room and other areas of the operation.

Stewards

Head the restaurant arrangements. See that everything is in order for the food service department.

Food and Beverage Manager

Plans, organizes and controls the work of the catering department. Deal with customers in all kinds of dining establishments from small informal diners to large restaurants.
