As scouting has 12 laws and vows that every scout has to abide by to, it helps young children understand the value of each of these 12 laws.
Scouting teaches the young children to be loyal, friendly, trustworthy, reverent, helpful, courageous, courteous and kind towards people.
It teaches them the value of the family, friends, scout pack, community and the country.
And this is how Scouting helps a child develop an all-round personality.
