1. Rohan : Hi Rhea! Good morning! Have you enrolled for a voter ID card yet?
2. Rhea : Not yet Rohan. I’ve received a mail from the government office. I need to respond to that. What about you?
3. SOUND : SURPRISE
4. Rohan : Of course, I’m done enrolling. When the government sent me a mail during the previous elections, I was too busy to respond to it immediately. When I got free and tried to respond to the mail, the response deadline was already crossed. I had to give quite a number of phone calls to know the further process. They advised me to meet someone in the election commission wing at the municipal office.
