The sea has a greater heat capacity than land, so the surface of the sea warms up more slowly than the land's. As the temperature of the surface of the land rises, the land heats the air above it by convection. The warming air expands and becomes less dense, decreasing the pressure over the land near the coast.

Sea breeze is caused due to convection.

The correct answer is convection.

Convection is a process in which the heated molecules of the liquid or gas move up as it gets lighter in weight as its density decreases and the cooler molecules move down. It happens spontaneously and the heat is transferred from one molecule to another. Convection current of air cause sea breeze and land breeze.

The heat from the Sun is absorbed by the land surface is more than the sea surface. During the daytime, the land gets heated up faster and the air over the land also gets heated making the air molecules less dense and lighter. The heated air along the land surface rises. The cooler air molecules along the sea move towards the land surface to restore the blank space through Convection Current. This phenomenon of flowing of air is called Sea Breeze.
