it will be in cylindrical shape
given height = 21m
         radius = 1.5m = 15/10m = 3/2m
volume of cylinder = volume of earth dug up
 volume of cylinder = πr²h
                               = 22/7×3/2×3/2×21
                               = 22/7×9/4×21
                               = 11×9/2×3
                               = 297/2
                               = 148.5 m³
