In 4 digit numbers, unit place can be filled in 3 ways because there are three numbers which are divisible by 2 they are 6,8,2.In these 3 numbers any one number can be filled in unit place therefore three ways, tens place can be filled in 4 ways, hundred place can be filled in 3 ways and thousand place can be filled in 2 ways since repetition is not allowed.
Hence by FPC, 3×4×3×2=72.
