Answer :-

______________________

( sec30° ) ( cos30° ) - ( Tan60° ) ( cot60° )

= ( 1 / cos30° ) ( cos30° ) - ( 1 / cot60° ) ( cot60° )

= 1 - 1

= 0

QUESTION :

(Sec 30*)(Cos 30*) - (Tan 60*)(Cot 60*)

ANSWER :

(Sec 30*)(Cos 30*) - (Tan 60*)(Cot 60*)

But ,

from the trigonometric table

we have the values,

sec30 = 2/√3

cos30 = √3/2

tan60 = √3

cot60 =1/√3

so by putting the known values

(2/√3) × (√3/2) - (√3)(1/√3)

by solving we get

=1-1

=0

so hence

(Sec 30*)(Cos 30*) - (Tan 60*)(Cot 60*)=0

NOTE :

As the equation is very small we can directly put the known values and proceed forward

for doing such questions you should know the total trigonometric table
