Step-by-step explanation:

= > secθ - cosθ

= > 1/cos - cosθ

= > (1 - cos²θ) / cosθ

1 - cos²θ = sin²θ

= > sin²θ / cosθ

= > sinθ * sinθ/cosθ

= > sinθ * tanθ

= > tanθ * sinθ

Hence proved

Solution :-

(Here, Theta is A ).

=> SecA - CosA

[ °.° SecA = 1/CosA ]

=> 1/CosA - CosA

=> (1 - Cos²A)/CosA

[ °.° 1 - Cos²A = Sin²A ]

=> Sin²A / CosA

=> SinA × SinA / CosA

[ °.° SinA / CosA = TanA ]

=> SinA × TanA

=> .°. TanA × SinA

Hence Proved!!
