sec a+tan a × 1-sin a

=

(1 \div cosa \: + sina \div cosa)(1 - sina) \\ = ((1 + sina) \div cosa)(1 - sina) \\ =( 1 - {sin}^{2} a) \div cosa \\ = {cos}^{2} a \div cosa \\ = cosa

hope it helps...
