flour ratios - 52:28
convert the ratios is to 100
52+ 28 = 80
1st flour ratio is to 100= 52/80 x 100 = 65
2 nd flour 28/80 x 100 = 35
orginal ratio - 65:35
total weight - 60kg
weight of 1st flour- 65 x 60/100= 39 kgs
weight of 2 nd flour- 60-39= 21 kgs

if u feel my answer is rgt, mark as the brainliest plzzz:)
