first let us clear it out reducing agent means gain in oxidation no. while oxidizing agent means loss in oxidation no. Now in reactants 2na and cl2 have oxidation no. as zero as they are alone but in products side as chlorine has oxidation no. (-1)when reacted with metal so we get oxidation no. of Na as +1 so u can say that as there is gain in oxidation no. it is reducing agent and as Cl has loss of oxidation no. it is oxidizing agent .......plz mark branliest
