Dear Rector,

Most respectfully we the students of class X wish to tell you that we want to arrange a farewell & thanks giving ceremony for Md Masud Islam, our chemistry teacher.We have taken quite good preparation for the ceremony . Our ceremony will begin with a 10 minutes prayer,then we will give some memorable speech and a photograph session with our honourable teacher and at the end their will be a short cake cutting ceremony.

Moreover we have a separate bond with her as she was our class teacher from our early childhood and a very genius passionate teacher of our school.

We therefore hope that you will permit us to arrange this function and will approve some senior teachers to help us in this matter
