Yes, if the displacement is in positive, the distance can be 0.

While displacement refers to the shortest pathway from the initial to the final point, distance refers to the total travelled pathway from the initial to the final point.

If the distance travelled by the object has the same initial and final position and the object did not move/was not in motion , the distance would be 0 that is positive and the displacement will also be the same.

Hence justified.
