Sir,

I sent a parcel through India Courier Service to Delhi. The parcel was sent on 2 June, 2020. It was booked at 11:30 A.M. and has not yet been

received.

I checked to track details online, but they are

not getting updated. According to the site, courier seems to have stuck at Hawrah outlet. I have visited the nearby courier outlet several

times, for any leadings, but in vain.

The parcel contains extremely important documents, and losing them will be a matter of life and death. I put my trust in your courier service, to send the documents. I want them to be received anyhow.

I have attached the booking receipt with the letter. Kindly look into the matter and help me with the situation.
