See this question is going to be a little weird.....
I want to ask that today on raksha Bandhan who wishes the other, like the brother has to wish happy raksha Bandhan to the sister or is the reverse true.......
And if the sister has to wish the brother then what should be the reply of brother "same to you" or "thank you"

The festival of Rakhsha Badhan is celebrated in order to celebrate the relationship between a brother and sister.


Keeping this in view, both can wish each other first, and it can be responded by both ''Thank you" or "Same to you''.


There are no rules that are applied for wishing a "Happy Rakhsha Bandhan"
