I suggest Seema mom to buy desert cooler because in winter n rainy season the weather is cool but not in summer season.

Answer: All season cooler
Explanation: cause that if u buy desert cooler it is only helpful in summer because it is set on a high thrust so u will feel cold on othor seasons
And u can use it in summer also
