Answer:
SALTY OR SUGARY
An old man had two daughters namely, Joe and Lily. He loved both of them wholeheartedly. One day he asked them, 'what is the sweetest thing in the world?' Joe replied sugar is the sweetest thing in the world whereas Lily replied, that salt is the sweetest thing in the world.
The old man thought that Lily was mocking him. He angrily said that if salt is the sweetest thing in the world, then you find some other home where cooking is more accordingly to your taste. Then Lily sadly left her father's house.
It was a pleasing summer night. The pretty maiden Lily sat under a banyan tree on the roadside, near her father's cottage. Then a man noticed her, he was a prince, who has lost his way and reached there. He came to her, he was struck by Lily's beauty and grace. He fell in love with Lily at first sight and took her to his palace and after a few months, they married each other.
The bride invited her father to her wedding. It was a grand wedding. All the dishes were prepared without salt at the wedding. When the guests tasted those dishes they started murmuring about them.
"Oh!", said the bride's father, "salt is truly the sweetest thing in the world." Then he realized that when his daughter said the same words to him, he disagreed with her and asked her to leave his house. He then wished to meet her daughter once so that he could tell her how sorry he was for his deed.
After drawing the veil from her face, the happy girl Lily ran towards her father and hugged him tightly. After this, all the dishes were changed to the salted ones.
