Seema has 125 cm of lace. She uses it to put it around a square hanky which has one side
equal to 175 cm. How much lace is left after Seema puts it around the hanky?​

Answer:

lace = 125 cm

primeter of a square 4*side

4*175 =700

area left = 700 -125 = 575 cm

so no lace will be left other than area of 575 cm will be left unlaced
