Ritu is getting ₹1700 profit.

For Seema= s.p- 6000

c.p- 5000

For Ritu= c.p- 4500

s.p- 7200

So, here we see that they both are making profit because their selling price is more than cost price.

Profit= sp-cp

For Seema = 6000-5000

= 1000

Here, Seema is getting profit of 1000.

For Ritu = 7200-4500

= 2700

Here, Ritu is getting profit of 2700.

So, Ritu is getting more profit than Seema.

By, 2700-1000

Answer:-

Given That:-

For Seema:-

⇨Cost price is Rs 5000.

⇨Selling price is Rs 6000.

For Reetu:-

⇨Cost price is Rs 4500.

⇨Selling price is Rs 7200.

Now:-

  • Here both are making profit because there selling price is greater than cost price.

So,

Profit = Selling Price - Cost Price

Then:-

For Seema:-

⇒Profit = 6000 - 5000

⇒Profit = Rs 1000

Seema is getting Profit of Rs 1000.

For Reetu:-

⇒Profit = 7200 - 4500

⇒Profit = 2700

Reetu is getting Profit of Rs 2700.

Here:-

Ritu is getting more Profit than Seema.

By,

➥2700 - 1000.

➥1700.

Thus,

Ritu is getting Rs 1700 Profit more than Seema.
