• I think its good and welcome them to join the field of science and technology.

• There is no difference between a man and a woman. Women power has improved lot and still now it is progressing.

• A girl can do whatever a boy can.

• Asima Chatterje, Janaki Ammal, Kalpana Chawla, Tessy Thomas and so on who are famous for their great contributions in Science and Technology. They are great scientists.

• So it is proved that a girl can do everything. Every girl shοuld go forward with deep confidence. Women are not οnly girls but also they are the source of energy. One step can do many things.

I agree that more women should step into the world of science and technology. Historically speaking, women have chosen other fields, but it is an undeniable fact that Marie Curie happens to be the only individual (out of all men and women winners), to have won the Nobel Prize in both Physics and Chemistry. That fact alone proves that gender cannot come in the way of hardwork and achievements in any field.

Research shows that having both men and women in a team throws up a \textbf{greater variety of ideas, bringing about more innovation}. So, women should take to science not only for themselves, but also for the divergent thought processes that they can bring to the field.
