Segmental abdominal muscle in human is not vestigial.

Explanation:

The vestigial organ loses its full functionality during the time of the evolution. This leads the organ to be function less or vestigial.

But the segmental abdominal muscle helps to protect the intestine and the other body parts from any injury when it is required. So the segmental abdominal muscle is not called vestigial organ as it has proper function for the body.
