A suitable topic for environmental science would be identifying the major flora and fauna of a particular area.
The activity may include visiting a nearby park and looking out for 10 trees, herbs and shrubs.
The students can even look for 10 animals they see in that park. The project would include pictures of the place, history of the place, more about the flora and fauna and pictures of the same.
