The bond length decreases with the increase of bond orderBond order is 1 if it is a single bond,bond order is 2 if it is a double bond and bond order is three if it is a triple bond.H2O2  has all single bonds  with the bond length of 1.41 and O2 has a double bond with Bond length of 1.33 and O3 has a partial double bond due to resonance of lone pairs of electrons

If we arrange the above molecules according to their bond lengths  it would beH2O2>O3>O2.
