A super conductor is a material which posses zero resistance.

At room temperature, the free electrons in the conductor will have random movements  and undergo collisions which tend to slow down their energy and hence the electrons loose their energy.

The cooler a conductor becomes, the slower the random movements of the electrons . At absolute zero the movement in the conductors  of free electrons stops.

Hence the Answer is Absolute Zero= 0 K = -273.15°C

Resistance of conductor is zero at absolute zero temperature that is equal to 0 kelvin and 0 kelvin= 273.15 degree celsius
under normal conditions the free electrons of a conductor moves randomly so  this cause collision which result  in lowering down the energy of electrons.
As the temperature decrease the movement of electrons also decrease until the temperature goes to absolute zero where their movement completely slow. so at this temperature resistance of a conductor also goes to zero.
