400 eggs for 1500 and spent 300 on
transport. 50 eggs fell down and broke.
He sold the rest at 5 each. Did he
make a profit or a loss? How much?​

S.p. = no. Of eggs left * s.p. Of each egg

= (400-50)*5

= 1750

Therefore its a loss of :

=C.p. - s.p.

=1800-1750

= 50 ( currency unit)
