A) 16%
B) 14.5%
C) 12%
D) 10.5%

————————————————————————————————————

Cost price = Rs. 30

Selling price = Rs. 50

Gain = Rs. 20

Profit % = Gain/cost price x 100 = 20/50 x 100 = 40%

hi

here is your answer

X+Y+(X×Y)/100

For increase put positive sign and for decrease put negative sign.

Let X indicates increase i.e 20% and Y indicates decrease i.e -30%.

Now put these values in the formula above

=20–30+(20×-30)/100

=20–30–6

=-16%(it is negative)

So overall price will decrease by 16%

hope it helps
