Send me the link to join A rectangular sheet of metal has a lenght of 44cm and the breadth of 100cm².It is folded to form a cylinder with the breadth becoming the height .Calculate : i.the radius of the cylinder formed. ii.the volume of de cylinder (take π=22\7)

If the sheet’s 100-cm breadth becomes the cylinder’s height, the 42-cm length must be its circumference.  

i)C=2πr⟹r=\frac{C}{2\pi }  = 6.68 cm.

ii)Volume= πr²h

V= 14037.5 cm³
