Nitrogen in Air = 78.24%
Oxygen = 21.66%
Others = 1.1%

We know, Air is a mixture of different elements and compounds, we take air in and exhale out but some times we need the components of air such as- Oxygen for patients, Carbon Dioxide for fire extinguishers and nitrogen for fertilisers. So, we need to extract the different components of air. As I said air is a mixture of various gases, the components of air is separated by fractional distillation of air.

I hope this will help you.
