Let the measure of 1st angle be x and that of second (supplement) will be 180-x
According to the question,
7x = 2(180-x)
7x= 360 -2x
9x =360
So x = 40°
and hence 180-x=180-40=140°
Thus the required angles have the measure 40° and 140°.
