Shanaya works as a creative head in the entertainment industry, where she is often
required to work for long hours. Her reporting authority Kiran is very inflexible who
wants the work to be done according to her liking. Shanaya tried to talk to her on

In other words, it will have a negative effect on the company’s overall performance. Too many employees leaving the company reflects poorly on the leadership as well.
Pressurising an employee who performs well, to deliver more, unrealistic targets and a negative working environment, will only pull down the performance of such staff. It will also have a negative effect on other staff.
